This year marks a significant milestone for Xplore Group: 20 years of innovation, growth, and collaboration! And, of course, such an achievement was celebrated in style – not just once, but with two grand events. As part of Xplore Group, we are proud to look back at these celebrations, which honored both our valued partners and customers, as well as our fantastic colleagues.

The first event was specially organized for the partners and clients of Xplore Group, who have played a crucial role in the group's success over the years. The evening began with a warm welcome from cluster manager Paul Claes. Next, Evelyne Dhaenens, former CCO of Xplore Group and now CCO of De Cronos Groep, took the stage. Evelyne shared the impressive journey Xplore Group has undergone, from its founding in 2004 to the thriving organization it is today.

Our current CCO, Christophe Joos, then introduced the evening's keynote speaker: Sven Nys, two-time world champion in cyclo-cross. Sven offered an inspiring talk, drawing parallels between top-level sports and running a successful business. He spoke about the importance of constant innovation, inspiring your team, and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie – principles that apply both in sports and business.

Following the keynote, guests enjoyed a delightful walking dinner and were treated to a spectacular show featuring circus acts that left everyone amazed. The evening concluded with a delicious dessert buffet, capping off a night of inspiration and new connections.

Of course, Xplore Group's success wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of all the employees from the various competence centers, including our own team. Two days later, it was our turn to be celebrated! The evening was all about fun and relaxation. We kicked off with a delicious BBQ and a friendly game of pétanque.

The energy picked up as a live band got the party started, followed by a DJ who kept the crowd dancing into the night. It was an unforgettable evening, where we had the chance to unwind, enjoy ourselves, and reflect on everything we’ve accomplished together.
